Wildfire Risk Reduction Qualification

The Wildfire Risk Reduction Qualification (WRRQ), developed by the Texas A&M Forest Service and Texas Chapter ISA, expands the reach of state forestry agency wildfire prevention messaging while equipping certified arborists with another tool in their toolbox to meet client needs. Arborists with the WRRQ qualificationcanshare expertise about basic fire behavior, arboricultural principles, and arrangement of landscaping in relation to structures that can help to reduce the threat of wildfires.
